- Delivering expert opinion, advisory, guidelines, feasibility studies and carrying out engineering analysis, design calculations, drawings and documentation form Preliminary Conceptual to Design Development, Construction Maintenance Stage.
- Building and structural investigation, appraisal and remedial proposal.
- Submissions to and liaison with approving authorities and/or other relevant parties.
- Periodical Site standing inspection &supervision during construction.
- Alternative design and construction details to Contractor for submission and construction.
- Project and contract management.
- Provides integrated civil, structural engineering and project management services to Clients either as Principal Consultant / Project Manager or as a project team member together with related professionals depending on the nature and source of projects which include Design and Build procurement contracts.
